We must first determine what is limiting your lack of flexibility. This can range from joint issues, soft tissue adhesion or tissue tightness, neurologic deficiency, to hypermobility.

With mobility we look for the ability of your joint to move through its intended range of motion. If a deficiency is discovered, we will work on increasing mobility creating a greater capacity to move freely.
Muscle imbalances cause us to overcompensate and develop improper alignment issues. Restoring balance provides a proper foundation to develop and maintain healthy habits.
